I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for individuals, couples, and constellations who are opening up their relationships or navigating non-monogamy in its many forms — from polyamory and relationship anarchy to swinging and open relating.
Together, we’ll unpack the beliefs, fears, and patterns that may be holding you back, and build the communication, self-awareness, and emotional tools needed to relate consciously — to yourself and to others.

About Me
With over 20 years’ experience in people, change, and project management, I now bring those skills into a more personal space — helping people find acceptance, confidence, and clarity in how they relate to themselves and others.
I’m a certified life coach with additional training in couples counselling and consent violation support. I continue to grow my skills to best support clients navigating open relationships, kink, sexuality, and identity.
Personally, I’ve been married for nearly 25 years, I’m polyamorous, kinky, and on my own evolving journey of sexual self-discovery. I’ve travelled widely, run over 100 kink and poly events, and co-create the CEXx (Consensual Educational eXploration of seX) camp at AfrikaBurn. My work includes holding space for community, healing, and exploration — especially around sexual trauma, gender, and non-traditional relationships.
