Casa Kink offers two distinct spaces for your kinky adventures. Downstairs in Durbanville is a cozy, intimate mini-dungeon — perfect for up to four people looking for a more private escape. Our Dungeon in Montague Gardens, on the other hand, is a full-scale 300sqm playground that can host anything from small gatherings to events of over 150 guests. When you rent either of the spaces, you rent the entire of that space and have it for your private use. Whatever your fantasy, we’ve got the space to make it happen.
Our Montague Gardens dungeon is a fully kitted playground for kink, featuring a wide range of furniture and spaces to explore your desires. Highlights include St. Andrew’s Crosses, a Restraint Table, Massage Tables, Spanking Benches, cages, social areas with comfy seating, and a cozy cuddle puddle.
In addition to hosting all Casa Kink events, the dungeon is available to rent for private play, munches, small gatherings, or large parties — a space designed for fun, exploration, and connection. When you rent the Dungeon you get full use of the entire Dungeon and all its spaces.
Downstairs is an intimate hideaway and mini-dungeon located in the quiet suburb of Aurora, Durbanville, with convenient off-street parking. Designed with kinky adventures in mind, the space features a chain St. Andrew’s Cross, a queen-size bed with multiple restraint points, and a cage underneath as well as a massage table.
Cozy and versatile, Downstairs is perfect for up to four or five people to play, with space for 2–3 overnight guests. Rentals are flexible, from an hour to multiple days, and the space includes a small kitchenette and an en-suite with a shower for two. It’s the ideal spot for private, playful, and unforgettable experiences.
