When you rent the Dungeon, you will have the entire 300sqm with all the equipment and spaces for your private use for the duration of your booking. Please note that Friday and Saturday bookings are for the full night and cannot be booked for only a few hours.
Please note also the rental agreement for the Dungeon which can be found here. All bookings of the Dungeon are expected to comply with this, not only large events.
What to Expect
Casa Kink has a range of spaces providing opportunities for a wide variety of kink play. From private play rooms, to the Fuckle Puddle, a shared space for sex, from an open Dungeon to a closed Chamber, there is plenty on offer and plenty of space to play. Furniture includes 4 x St Andrew's Crosses, 2 x spanking benches, massage tables, 3 x cages, restraint table, queening chair, Tantric chairs and more. We have a beautiful boudoir room set up for voyeurs and exhibitionists as well as photographers to make full use of. When you rent the Dungeon you get full use of all this for your private pleasure.
Impact Play
For those that enjoy impact play there are a number of options ensuring that folk need not wait long periods for equipment to become available. Our offering in this space includes 4 x St Andrew's Crosses, 2 x spanking benches and a pillory
Voyeur & Exhibitionist Boudoir
The beautiful Boudoir Room has been set up for sumptuous sensual and sexual play. Within the space are a couch and chair for viewing as well as one of the St Andrew's Crosses and spanking benches.
Sexual Play
We have a great shared space for sexual exploration. Our Fuckle Puddle provides a cozy yet spacious space for sexual or sensual play. We also have private areas as well as the sumptuous Boudoir room which is a great space to watch or be watched.
Sensual Play
The Sensual play areas provides a great space for the exploration of wax, body paint, massage and other sensual toys. We have 2 x massage tables.
The Chamber: Play Table & Cage
Our Chamber is a private room with a restraint table and cage. Ideal for more intimate or heavy play.
