Workshop Details: Step into the language, history, and quiet power of flagging in the leather community. Join us for a collective workshop led by Calico, Cape Town’s resident bootblack, for an exploration of how a simple piece of fabric became a deeply meaningful system of communication, identity, and connection within leather and kink spaces. Bootblacks have long been regarded as custodians of leather history and culture, and this session draws on that lineage to ground flagging in its lived context.
